Oliver Mall have been exclusively retained to assist in the appointment of an experienced Payroll professional for a global organisation with new offices launched in the heart of Cork City.
Your Role:
- Ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for 200+ employees in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, while partnering with multiple payroll vendors
- Ensure equity related transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions using multiple payroll platforms
- Ensure all requirements are met for all government reporting, regulation and compliance for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Special projects, ad-hoc reports as needed
Your Experience:
- 3+ years International payroll experience
- Regulatory payroll knowledge
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Good payroll auditing techniques via reports and experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
- Proven ability to listen attentively, adhere to tight-deadlines, multi-task, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standard of ethics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
- Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
- ADP Streamline or similar payroll platform
